The warranty for our e-bikes covers replacements for malfunctions that cannot be resolved by replacement parts or advice. The length of the warranty period will be 1 year at the time of purchase. Please contact us with any questions before making your purchase.

To activate the warranty, you must register your bike on our website (https://jager.bike/registerWarranty) within 30 days of pickup.

Warranty and Terms

The warranty does not cover damage to plastic parts or normal wear and tear of brake pads or tires. It also does not cover damage caused by accidents, neglect, misuse, abuse, or non-covered parts. The warranty also requires that you regularly check and service your bike as indicated in the conditions. We reserve the right to determine whether the damage is due to defective materials or product misuse.

If you experience any faults, please report them as soon as possible by email. We will assess the problem and try to resolve it without requiring you to send the product back to us. If the problem is found to be due to neglect or not covered by the warranty, there will be a cost for repair.

To ensure the long-term durability of your bike, please thoroughly check it upon purchase and before each ride to ensure that all nuts and bolts are secure. You should also wear adequate safety clothing and ride responsibly to prevent abuse of the product.

By purchasing our products, you agree to these terms and conditions. We are not liable for any bodily or physical injury resulting from the use of our products, nor are we responsible for any property damage resulting from their usage. It is recommended that you have applicable insurance and coverage in place for rider and third-party usage.

E-bikes that has been to the playa will not be covered for any damages excluded battery, motor and controller.   

Any attempt to reprogram the e-bike controller will revoke the warranty.

We will do our best to assist while at the playa but we can't guarantee replacement or refund.  

Battery Store

When in a state of non-use for more than 60 days the battery must be stored at 60%-50% charging level.

Leaving an empty or fully charged battery in prolonged storage will damage the battery's function and also revoke warranty.
