Terms and Conditions for Jager Bikes Playa Buy Back Program:

Eligibility:

• The buy back program is applicable only to the following e-bike models:
• Scorpion S4
• Scorpion XS3,
• Cycoo Sport X4
• Jager B-73

• The e-bikes must have been used at the Burning Man event.
• Only customers who have purchased the e-bikes directly from Jager Bikes Playa are eligible for the program.
• The buy back program is available for a limited time between Set 4-7.

Maximum Payout:

• The maximum payout for the e-bikes under the buy back program is $500.
• The payout amount will be subject to deduction for any damages not covered by the warranty.

Payment Process:

• The payment for the buy back program will be made to the credit card that was used for the original purchase.
• The payment will be processed within 5-7 business days after the e-bike has been received and evaluated.

Refunds for Storage:

• If the client purchased storage for their e-bike, the cost of storage will be refunded as part of the buy back program.

Accessories:

• Any accessories purchased along with the e-bike will not be refunded under the buy back program.

Evaluation and Damages:

• Jager Bikes Playa reserves the right to evaluate the e-bike's condition and deduct the cost of any damages not covered by the warranty from the buy back payout.
• Damages caused by normal wear and tear or manufacturing defects covered under the warranty will not be subject to deduction.

Return Process:

• The customer must contact Jager Bikes Playa to initiate the buy back process.
• The customer will be provided with instructions for returning the e-bike. 
• The e-bike must be returned in a reasonable condition, considering its usage at the Burning Man event.

Legal Considerations:

• By participating in the buy back program, the customer agrees to release Jager Bikes Playa from any liability or claims arising from the program.

Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nevada.
