Refunds & Cancellation

1. If you cancel before Aug 1 will be just 10% fee to restocking fee.
2. If would cancel between Aug 1 to Aug 15, then we hold a 30% restocking fee.
3. Cancel After Aug 15 will have 50% restocking fee, as we will need to store it for next year.
4. There are no returns on charger and batteries unless defective on pickup when buying a new bike. 
5. we stand by the quality of our products, there are no returns for bikes that have been on the playa.

Please check the while pickup for damages before signing for the item in good condition. Any issue with the e-bike will be fixed on the spot or fully refund.
