We have two price tiers for parts. please check the one you need.
We don't want you to go on the playa with less than perfect!
Tier 1 -
Replace small parts like paddles, chain, breaks, change keys
Tier 2 -
Replace electrical part - controller, battery connection, turtle , gear shifter
The bike is 90-95% assembled depending on model. You will only need to assemble the handle bar. Our technicians will be there to assist you if needed. Some of our bikes arrive 100% assembled.
Between Aug 24 to 28 you can pickup the e-bike from our location in Reno, an email with details instructions we will be sent to you after purchase.
We do not accept used items. For more information please refer to our refund policy. We do offer "Buy Back" option, check it under our support section.
